Laetitia Nyemba serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Great Heart Global (GHG), bringing a strong background in humanitarian coordination, advocacy, and international development. A passionate human rights activist, Laetitia is an alumna of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.

​She is the Founder and General Coordinator of Dynamique pour la Protection des Femmes en RDC, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting, protecting, and defending the rights of women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her work focuses on eradicating sexual and gender-based violence and advancing dignity and justice for vulnerable populations.

Laetitia currently works with USAID/Kinshasa in the Office of Humanitarian Assistance, where she supports critical aid initiatives. She previously held a role at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), providing administrative and operational support for international development projects.

At Great Heart Global (GHG), Laetitia contributes her expertise and passion for justice to help drive sustainable, faith-aligned impact across underserved communities.
