Jean-Paul Beleshay, MBA, DBA Student
Founder, Chairman & President, Great Heart Global
Jean-Paul Beleshay is the Founder and President of Great Heart Global (GHG), a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a global mission to empower underserved communities through clean energy, clean water, education, healthcare, and economic development. Under his leadership, GHG is delivering sustainable impact to vulnerable communities across the United States and around the world.

Jean-Paul is a seasoned executive with over 16 years of experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as a senior leader in the clean energy industry, where he has overseen the successful execution of over 15,000 megawatts of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
​
In addition to his professional work, Jean-Paul has been a dedicated ministry leader for more than two decades, preaching the gospel and leading faith-based initiatives across continents. His work is deeply rooted in a calling to uplift others through both spiritual leadership and practical development solutions.
​
Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jean-Paul immigrated to the United States in 2009 and now lives in Mesa, Arizona. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Christian Ministry Training, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on energy policy and organizational leadership.

Jean-Paul has been married to Harmony Beleshay for over 20 years, and together they are raising three children. His life reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, and service.
Through Great Heart Global, Jean-Paul is advancing the vision of “Empowering Lives, Building a Sustainable Future”, a mission inspired by compassion, integrity, and global transformation.

Harmony Beleshay, RN, AS, BSN Student
Co-Founder & Vice President, Great Heart Global (GHG)
Harmony Beleshay is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Great Heart Global (GHG), where she combines her passion for healthcare, ministry, and humanitarian service to help drive global impact. A Registered Nurse at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Harmony holds an Associate of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Harmony is a survivor of war and energy poverty. Her heart for service began in her youth when she volunteered with UNICEF as a teenager. Since marrying Jean-Paul Beleshay, she has faithfully served alongside him in ministry, dedicating over two decades to faith-based outreach and community empowerment.

Together, they are raising three children and remain deeply committed to building a legacy of service, faith, and compassion. Through Great Heart Global (GHG), Harmony advances clean energy, clean water, healthcare, and education initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities across the globe.

She embodies Great Heart Global’s mission of “Empowering Lives, Building a Sustainable Future”, both in her professional work and personal calling.



Laetitia Nyemba
Executive Administrative Assistant, Great Heart Global (GHG)
Laetitia Nyemba serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Great Heart Global (GHG), bringing a strong background in humanitarian coordination, advocacy, and international development. A passionate human rights activist, Laetitia is an alumna of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
​
She is the Founder and General Coordinator of Dynamique pour la Protection des Femmes en RDC, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting, protecting, and defending the rights of women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her work focuses on eradicating sexual and gender-based violence and advancing dignity and justice for vulnerable populations.
​
Laetitia currently works with USAID/Kinshasa in the Office of Humanitarian Assistance, where she supports critical aid initiatives. She previously held a role at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), providing administrative and operational support for international development projects.
​
At Great Heart Global (GHG), Laetitia contributes her expertise and passion for justice to help drive sustainable, faith-aligned impact across underserved communities.
